Through private lessons with Leta I have been able to find and address my weaknesses. She has taught me how to be aware of what muscles I am engaging and what muscles I should be engaging. Also in these private lessons I am really able to focus on my breath, which is incredibly important for all aspects of life. Because of the lessons I have learned in these private sessions I am able to perform better in powerlifting, without getting injured.

I am available for private, semi-private, or small group sessions by appointment.

All Class Types are available in 1 hour, 75 minute, and 90 minute options.

 

Private Session - 1 person

$35 per hour
Private ongoing yoga sessions consist of a preliminary session where we discuss your movement habits, goals and expectations, and conduct a short physical evaluation so that I can better build your personal practice and determine how we can best progress and meet your goals. I then create personalized practices that we will do together to work toward your yoga and overall health goals. Every class is different so that you will always continue to grow in your yoga practice. I highly recommend physical adjustments during this type of class.

 

Semi-Private Session - 2 People

$50 per hour
Semi-Private ongoing yoga sessions consist of a preliminary session with both students where we discuss your movement habits, goals and expectations, and conduct a short physical evaluation so that I can better build your personal practice and determine how we can best progress and meet your goals. I then create personalized practices that we will do together to work toward your yoga and overall health goals. Physical adjustments to help with healthy body alignment is recommended, but optional.

 

Small Group - 3-4 People

Small group yoga sessions can be a ongoing or occasional fun.

  • Ongoing Sessions consist of a preliminary session with the students where we discuss your movement habits, goals and expectations, and conduct a short physical evaluation so that I can better build a practice for the group. I then create personalized practices that we will do together to work toward your yoga and overall health goals. Physical adjustments during these types of classes are optional.
  • A Single Session would consist of a verbal consult, either by phone or email, where we discuss your preferred type of yoga and the purpose for the session - experience, fun, etc. I then create a personalized practice based on what is discussed that I present in a more standard class format. Physical adjustments during these types of classes are optional.
