A class for ALL skill levels! A class perfect for new and advanced students. This class is taught from the basic level with options given to take a pose deeper into an advanced variation. It is important to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and not be competitive in this class because of all the varying levels. Every class is different – a little bit of flow, a little bit of pose exploration, and a whole lot of alignment and breath.
