Suitable for All Experience Levels - Beginner Friendly!

A slower class with a more relaxed pace. This class focuses on deep breathing to facilitate relaxation, and correct alignment. Learn to use props such as blocks, straps, and blankets to support proper alignment, while finding comfort in each pose. You will need to move up and down off the floor, but only a few times, during this class. This is an ideal yoga class for most people.
