A class perfect for students who already have a strong yoga practice and are looking to connect to the present and their breath. Focusing on matching breath with movement where we move with our breath from one pose to the next. Focusing on our breath while moving through our practice allows us to stay mentally and physically present on our mats while releasing tension, building internal heat, and building our strength. Students need to be able to get up and down off the floor repeatedly throughout the class. This class is taught with options given to take a pose deeper into an advanced variation. It is important to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and leave our competition off our mats.
