Suitable for All Experience Levels
This is a beginner-friendly, gentle yoga class. Class focuses on optimizing individual fitness needs. Special attention is given to healthy and safe movement of the back, knees and hips. No previous yoga or fitness experience is necessary.
*You must be registered with Jenks Community Education for this 6-class series. Class dates for this session are November 1, 8, 15, 29, December 6, 13.
