1:1 and Small Group Yoga Class Options

I am available for private, semi-private, or small group sessions by Virtual appointment through ZOOM or In-Studio at The Yoga Underground.

All Class Types are available in 1 hour, 75 minute, and 90 minute options.

1:1 Yoga Therapy

How it Works:

Send me an email so that we can discuss your goals and settle on a meeting time. Once we’ve set our meeting time, you can purchase your class through our payment page. Once you finish checking out on the website you will receive an emailed receipt.
If we are meeting at The Yoga Underground I will have the doors open for you 5 minutes prior to our scheduled time.
If we are meeting virtually then I will email you the link for the ZOOM class the morning of our scheduled appointment.
If you are using a laptop or desktop computer you will click the embedded link in the email and when prompted click “Open Link”.
If you are using a smart phone or tablet you will need to download the ZOOM Cloud Meetings app before the class, then click the embedded link in the email.
ZOOM is a live stream service, so you will have the option to stream video back to me (so that I can see you), or not if you would prefer. If your device has a microphone (almost everything does) we can talk, check-in, and answer questions before we start and throughout our session. If you don't have a microphone there is a text chat that we can use.
*Please note: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private yoga appointments. If you miss a session or cancel within 24-hours of your scheduled time you will not be refunded. Thank you for your understanding in this.

Private Session - 1 person

$70/hour
Private yoga sessions can be focused on any number of things, including:

  • working through a particular movement or series

  • improving movement

  • improving body awareness

  • decreasing pain during your practice

Private ongoing yoga sessions consist of a preliminary session where we discuss your movement habits, goals and expectations, and conduct a short physical evaluation so that I can better determine how we can best progress and meet your goals. We then meet regularly (based on goals and scheduling) to work together toward your yoga goals.

Semi-Private Session - 2 People

$90/hour
Semi-private yoga sessions can be ongoing or occasional fun.

  • Semi-Private ongoing yoga sessions consist of a preliminary session with both students where we discuss your movement habits, goals and expectations, and conduct a short physical evaluation so that I can better build your personal practice and determine how we can best progress and meet your goals. I then create personalized practices that we will do together to work toward your yoga and overall health goals.

  • A Single Session would consist of a brief verbal consult, either by phone or email, where we discuss your preferred type of yoga and the purpose for the session - experience, fun, etc. I then create a personalized practice based on what is discussed.

 

Small Group - 3-4 People

  • Ongoing Sessions consist of a preliminary session with the students where we discuss your movement habits, goals and expectations, and conduct a short physical evaluation so that I can better build a practice for the group. I then create personalized practices that we will do together to work toward your yoga and overall health goals.

  • A Single Session would consist of a brief verbal consult, either by phone or email, where we discuss your preferred type of yoga and the purpose for the session - experience, fun, etc. I then create a personalized practice based on what is discussed that I present in a more standard class format.

Through private lessons with Leta I have been able to find and address my weaknesses. She has taught me how to be aware of what muscles I am engaging and what muscles I should be engaging. Also in these private lessons I am really able to focus on my breath, which is incredibly important for all aspects of life. Because of the lessons I have learned in these private sessions I am able to perform better in powerlifting, without getting injured.
