Have you ever wanted to just dip a toe into the yoga pool and get a feeling for what an asana (physical poses) practice might look like? Here are a few short pieces of a yoga practice, movements, or interesting info that you can sprinkle through your day.


Becoming more aware of how your shoulder blades (scapulae) move in protraction (drawing forward) and retraction (towards the spine). Have fun exploring this movement!
