Yoga with Baby

Enjoy this teaser class! I recommend having a blanket, strap, and a pair of blocks nearby for you, as well as anything that baby might need (burpcloth, extra mat for cushion, etc.). I also recommend having your space set up so that you have a wall/chair/etc. within easy grabbing distance in case you ever need a little extra stability. It is important to consider safety - both in how you feel in your movement and when setting up the area for your little one.

As always – remember that this practice is for you and your little one. This is an opportunity for you to move, for the two of you to interact, and it offers a unique bonding experience between you and baby. I’m merely here to offer suggestions, and we never want to cause pain or deep discomfort. Listen to your body and always feel free to adjust, modify, take breaks, or ignore me altogether. If you are postpartum please remember to be gentle with yourself while you are getting reacquainted with moving your body.
